Grey's Anatomy star Justin Chambers and his wife Keisha take their five kids; Isabella (black t-shirt no hat), twins Maya and Kaila (lt blue t-shirts), Eva (black shirt w/ hat) and Jackson (black t-shirt w/horse) to the pumpkin patch in LA, Justin pulled a wagon full of pumpkins while his wife Keisha and kids followed.
